We can not speak highly enough of the experience our family had with Farhad. Farhad helped me and my wife, with our 2 children (2 and 6 months), purchase our first home as a family. His expertise is only matched by his patience as he answered all of our questions, showed us all the houses we wanted to see, and more, whilst at the same time never applying pressure to us to make a quick decision. Farhad was great with our children and often had to entertain the 2 year old whilst my wife and I took time to look at the house, not once did Farhad make us think that our children were an inconvenience to the house hunt, even though it certainly slowed down his afternoons! Farhad truly helped us through the entire experience from start to finish and still now checks in to ensure all is o.k. Farhad is considered a friend to our family now. Farhad is everything one could want in a realtor. He is charming, knowledgable, and always on top of things. He helped me buy a nice condo in a difficult area and managed the process from end to end. He coordinated with the bank to secure the loan, with the seller's agent throughout the process, and with the notary to finalize the paperwork.
